While every small business is different, the one thing all Xero customers have in common is they’ve all used technology to streamline at least one part of their operation.
This month’s Road to a Million piece looks at how beauty company Frank Body leveraged technology to build a global business which hit $15 million revenue last financial year.
A big part of Frank Body’s strategy was reliant on customers spreading the word through user generated content on Instagram. Since launching in 2013, its customers have posted more than 100,000 photos of themselves with the company’s coffee body scrub smeared over their bodies.
