June Feature Updates and Product Upgrades

Find out more about some upcoming integrations we’ll be adding to the Cin7 Supply Chain App Store soon, as well as recent and upcoming upgrades and improvements to the Cin7 solution.

New Integrations Coming Soon

eBay needs no introduction, really. This global marketplace has a storied history that parallels the development of the Internet itself. Today, both b2b and b2c businesses use eBay to reach a potential customer base of 169 million people around the world.

Etsy is the US-based online marketplace focused on handmade, vintage, and unique factory-manufactured items. Expect to see the integration appear in the Cin7 Supply Chain App Store sometime after eBay goes live.

For Cin7’s New Zealand-based customers, there’s  GoSweetSpot, an online order dispatching and shipping brokerage platform for local companies to fulfill domestically or overseas, with automated order processing and labeling capabilities.

New Features and Product Updates

Here are product upgrades that we’ve rolled out in the last month or so, along with some improvement we will be introducing very soon.

  • Apply Discounts at the POS. We’ve added the promotions matrix feature to our built-in POS module (customers can click here for documentation). Until recently, this feature was available only in the CRM and Sales Order modules. This addition will make it easier for you and your sales associates to apply discounts for favorite customers when they shop in your brick-and-mortar store
  • Improved Order Fulfillment from the Warehouse. You can now dispatch branch transfers from the Pick’n’Pack module, making it easier for you to fulfill orders while you’re on-the-go.
  • Tax Calculation. Cin7 is close to finalizing US Sales Tax calculations to product pricing.
  • Security. Cin7 has increased security requirements for your clients, including new password rules and limitations to prevent multiple logins of a single account.
